In New Orleans and Louisiana the po’ boy sandwich is
everywhere. Originally it was a poor man’s sandwich but,
if you get some good bread and some tasty fillings all
of a sudden that po’ boy’s sandwich starts tasting pretty
good! Ours is served on a grilled bolillo roll that closely
approximates the New Orleans French loaf. We lay down a
bed of lettuce, put in the filling and put our own remoulade
sauce on top. If you want to dress it, we can add tomatoes,
pickles & onions too. Now that’s a tasty sandwich…pass the
hot sauce. All po’ boys come with fries.
